What is the minimum order for custom manufacturing?
Custom manufacturing starts at 1,000 units per SKU. For example, two different products require at least 1,000 units of each—not 1,000 units split between them. Smaller orders can explore our ready-to-label wholesale catalog, where product-specific quantities apply.
Do I need to have a formula already?
No. You can discuss custom formulation with our team, or tell us if you own an existing formula for a potential technology-transfer project. Development scope, feasibility, fees, and approvals are reviewed before work begins.
What information helps you prepare a quote?
Include the product type, size, quantity per SKU, formulation needs, target timing, and whether you or PLL will supply packaging and labels. If something is undecided, say so—we can clarify the next step together.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on formulation, sampling and approvals, component availability, and production scheduling. Share your target date so the team can review it. Submitting a quote request does not reserve a production slot or confirm a delivery date.
